Historical Note
Capitalizing on the success of the wildly popular Choose Your Own Adventure books, TSR entered the market with its Endless Quest and Fantasy Forest series (the latter aimed at young children) which were developed as part of an educational department established at TSR with the intention of developing curriculum programs for various subjects such as math, reading, history, and problem solving. The Carr penned ROBBERS and ROBOTS alone sold over 250,000 copies.
