From the Collection:

This collection contains Medieval folios spanning an approximately 500 year period from 1100 to 1600 ce. These folios were purchased from private sellers for use in research and instruction at Macalester College.

Historical Note

A Gregorian chant in gothic miniscule from a German antiphonary text circa the late 14th to early 15th century. Corrections in Dutch added much later, probably 17th century.

From the Collection: 2 Linear Feet (1 flat boxes with artifacts in numbered poly sleeves labeled as "Folders" for purposes of arrangement.)
