Scope and Contents

The Macalester College student organization collection consists of artifacts and documents from Macalester Student Organizations over the years and contains charters, bylaws, and constitutions; correspondence, event fliers and programs, and other ephemera.

Once an organization's material donations reach a certain level (enough to support a full document box), they are split off from the overarching Student Organization collection and given a resource of their own.

Student organization Historical Notes and descriptions are taken from the the organizations' own pages or the Macalaster College Student Organization when available.
