The Ian Morton papers contains personal and professional correspondence, newspaper articles detailing his works at Macalester with a focus on electronic compositions, various musical scores (many adaptations of Robert Nathan's works), as well as personal affects and ephemera.

The Edward Duffield Neill papers which date from 1838 to 1976 consists of correspondence, articles and publications, photography, professional materials, and ephemera from his life. Much of the correspondence collected are copies of letters of which the originals (and other unique materials) reside within the Minnesota Historical Society's Edward D. Neill and family papers.

This collection contains photographs, scrapbooks, arrangements, travel ephemera, programs, reports, teaching materials, and other materials relating to Mary Gwen Owen's career at Macalester College.

The Ruth Schellberg papers which date from 1941 to 2004 consist mainly of photographic evidence of her canoe trips to the boundary waters with Macalester College students, staff, and friends in the form of prints, slides, and scrapbooks.
